All current Temple University students, faculty, and staff are eligible to purchase.
How often can I purchase?
Purchases are limited to one of each collection type (one desktop, one monitor, one printer, etc.) per customer, per semester. Remember, all REtech purchases are intended for personal use only. Resale of REtech equipment may result in loss of purchasing privileges.
What accessories come with my purchase?
Desktop computers come with a basic keyboard, mouse, and the cables you need to get everything running. All other items come with power cables and adapters unless otherwise noted.
What is the return policy & warranty?
Acquisition of equipment is 'as is,' with no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Consequently, all sales are final. If you experience any issues, OWLtech may be able to offer technical support assistance, but there is no assurance of a resolution.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours. REtech equipment will be available for inspection and pickup at the OWLtech store located in Pearson Hall. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule a pickup reservation.
