We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. For any unopened product, simply return it with its original receipt of sale within 15 days of purchase and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.
 
Any open box returns may require inspection before a refund can be processed, and any acceptable open box returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All open box returns must be accompanied by its original packaging, its original receipt of sale, and must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
 
All open box and bagged products are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
